About Me:
I have always had a fascination with Eastern Philosophy and Alternative Medicine. After all, 'Alternative Medicine' has been around a lot longer than what we now know as 'conventional' medicine.
I have always been aware that everything is 'Energy' and Dis-ease is a result of this energy becoming congested and stagnating within the body.
After studying various teachings I found the School of Philosophy which felt like a coming home, here I found all these spiritual teachings which deep down I just knew I had been searching for.
Studying Philosophy gave me an insight into the relationship between the mind, body and spirit and how our thoughts, emotions and actions affect our well-being and health.
I then studied Counselling and Complementary Therapies including Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Auricular Acupuncture and Reiki.
This deepened my knowledge and interest into how our thoughts and emotions affect everything else including our state of health.
I became fascinated in Personal and Spiritual development and how we all perceive the world differently, we see and experience the world not as it is, but how we are! We create our own reality and draw to ourselves the experiences and adversities we need in order to evolve.
I then went on to study Life Coaching & Astrology, which is fascinating for understanding ourselves, our personalities and our potential in this Lifetime.
